Refund Policy

At VibeWrist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
